Christian Horner is being investigated by his team, Red Bull, following a complaint made by a team member describing "innapropriate behaviour". Horner denies any wrongdoing.
Red Bull have launched the investigation, which they're taking "extremely seriously". The investigation is being carried out by an external barrister.
In a statement, the team said: "After being made aware of certain recent allegations, the company launched an independent investigation.
"This process, which is already under way, is being carried out by an external specialist barrister. The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as practically possible. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time."
When asked by Dutch newspaper, De Telegraaf, Horner said: "I completely deny these claims."
Horner received an OBE in 2013, and was made a CBE last year, following the latest of his seven drivers' championships and six constructors' championships with the team.
Red Bull are due to launch their latest car on 15 February before the new season which starts in Bahrain on 2 March.
Lewis Hamilton has recently announced that this will be his last season at Mercedes, and from 2025 he'll be driving for Ferrari. Read more about that here.
